Membership

The Creators Collective Market (CCM) in Linköping offers these membership options:

• Free Membership: receive invitations to markets and events, sign-up here

No benefits described here are applied to free memberships.

• Paid Memberships: Monthly fees of 150kr, 300kr, or 600kr to support our local creators community

What You Get With Membership

All Paid Members Receive:

• Connection to other creators
• Display space in central Linköping for your products
• Online presence to reach more customers
• First chance at CCM markets and events
• Chance to exhibit in our mini gallery (when available)
• Opportunity to host events at our location
• Staff to tell customers about your brand
• Sales processing help
• Click & collect service

Specific Membership Benefits:

• "A Bite" (150kr): display space with no storage
• "Tiptoeing" (300kr): Ikea Skådis board or shelf space, plus storage crate
• "Highlight Me" (600kr): 2 Ikea Skådis boards display, plus storage crate

You must be committed to growing your brand. Applying doesn't guarantee acceptance.

Space and Display

Your display space depends on your membership level. Keep your items within your space. You can upgrade if larger spaces are available.

You are responsible for maintaining your space organized and clean.

Selling products is just one benefit of joining CCM.

Product Rules

All items need clear pricing and branding. You must provide your own branded packaging if needed.

Managing Your Inventory

You are responsible for tracking and updating your inventory. Do this through our online dashboard or by visiting the shop. We don't manage inventory for you.

How Payments Work

Customers can pay in two ways:

• Swish: Payments go directly to you. You must provide a QR code with both Fashion PWR and your brand name
• Website: Customers buy through your page on our website at www.fashionpwr.com, with payments sent to your PayPal account

Online Platform

All members get their own profile page on www.fashionpwr.com to sell items.

Markets and Events

As a paid member, you'll get priority access to CCM markets (both free and paid events). There are specific rules for signing up to these markets. Since we keep membership fees low, we might ask you to help out as a volunteer during events.

If you join our markets, you need to share about them on your social media accounts.

Co-organizers markets: markets that we are co-organizers there is no guarantee of your acceptance and participation.

Partner Markets

Sometimes we're invited to markets organized by our partners. Members can volunteer to represent CCM with products from multiple creators. If no one volunteers or an arrangement is made among the creators, we don't participate.

Your Participation

You don't need to be present daily, but please regularly check your display, restock items, and chat with potential customers when you can. Your presence is not only important for your brand to connect on a personal level with potential supporters, but also to support this independent initiative.

Social Media Requirements

• Post about your CCM items and tag both CCM and Fashion PWR
• Add your Fashion PWR webshop link to your bio
• Include "You can find my items at Fashion PWR" with our tag in your bio
• Post at least twice a month about your products at Fashion PWR (tag us)

Promotions

You agree to participate in our promotional campaigns. We can promote your items without asking you first, except when promotions involve discounts.

Other Important Information

• Privacy: We won't share your information except when needed for services
• Communication: Our communications with you shouldn't be shared publicly
• Ideas: Any suggestions you give to Fashion PWR are given freely
• Contract: No minimum term; cancel by giving notice before mid-month
• Payment: You'll receive a monthly invoice for fees
• Liability: We're not responsible for theft or damage to your items
• Your Profile: Please provide an "about me" description for customers
• Photos: Fashion PWR owns any photos we take of your products and can use them without asking you first. When you add your product pictures to our website, you are giving us full permission to use them as we see fit.
