THE EXHIBITION
These series (or queeries) have been a large part of therapy work where you can see a selection of thoughts and experiences of the artist in a colorful mix of trans and nonsense.
THE ARTIST
Robin Johansson is a queer artist from the nineties and a freelance illustrator with roots in Småland. He is at his best on the couch with a cat on his lap, a freshly brewed cup of tea in front of him and a fully charged Nintendo Switch in his hands.
“For many years I have identified myself as non-binary, but more recently I have also allowed myself to explore my transmasculine side that has been dormant since I was a child. This spring I did a deep dive into my gender identity in a valiant attempt to understand and get closer to myself.”
