Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
Only members with a valid Supporters Pass and an active website account can participate in our circular library program.
Swapping Rules
All items must be clean and in good condition
One swap uses one slot on your Supporters Pass
One item equals one item
Items can only be swapped within the same category or lower
Category valuation is at Fashion PWR staff’s discretion
Members can leave up to 5 items for future swaps if they don’t wish to swap during their current visit. These items become donations to Fashion PWR upon submission, granting you the right to swap for other items in the same category within one month, provided you maintain a valid Supporters Pass.

Accessories (jewelry, shoes, bags, hats)
Small home decor

Plants (with staff approval)
Books
Borrowing Rules
Only items marked as “borrowable” can be borrowed
One borrow uses one slot on your Supporters Pass
Maximum borrowing period is 7 days
Items must be returned clean and undamaged
Damaged or dirty returns may result in purchase obligation and/or pass termination
If you need more time, please contact us. Each renewal will count as one additional slot used.

- Donation
We appreciatte your donations
No booking required, drop-off anytime during our opening times.
- In good condition
Donate items in good condition to our library and get 10% discount in your purchase made during the same visit.
We accept clean clothing, accessories, small home decor items, small furniture pieces, shoes, and bags.
we can’t accept underwear or swimwear.
- Damaged items
Any damaged clothes you submit will try to find a new life in our workshops, events, or upcycling projects. And don’t worry about what can’t be saved – it’ll be left at the care of the local recycling center. Discount not applicable.
We’re more than happy to accept any clean, broken garments (clothes, accessories) that you have. Just a little note, we can’t accept underwear or swimwear.
