Fashion PWR Marketplace (“The Website” or “The Service”) is a marketplace that offers sustainable ways to consume and explore your style.
Fashion Pwr is a small business (enskild firma) located in Sweden, with the org. number: 901008-8327 and Moms/VAT number: SE901008832701.
By accessing and using The Website, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Fashion Pwr reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time, in accordance with current legislation. If these Terms & Conditions are changed, an announcement about the change will be posted on the proper channels. If the User does not agree with the new Terms & Conditions, it means that, unfortunately, the User will no longer be able to access the Site. If the User continues to make use of the Site, this means that the User agrees to all modifications.
Privacy policy
Your privacy is important for us, our efforts to keep your information safe is part of our commitment for a safe environment. Fashion PWR is located in Sweden, thus following European privacy regulations.
Minimal age
The user must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and have the legal capacity to register and use The Website in full capacity, such as commenting, uploading images, making transactions, having an account and have other user clearances. By registering you confirm that you are over 18 years old or emancipated, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You also confirm that you are fully able and competent to accept, comply and act in accordance with our terms and conditions, including all obligations, affirmations, representations, warranties, and any action required from you. You are fully responsible for your transactions, actions, behaviour, and any interaction made as a result of interaction with our community.
Payments and Transactions
Stripe and fees
Fashion PWR Marketplace uses Stripe (www.stripe.com) to allow Buyers to purchase items from Vendors in a secure way. Although the Vendor is responsible for ensuring that the items up for sale are available, as a Buyer it is important to contact the Vendor to make sure that the items are still available for purchase before placing an order.
User groups and blocking a user
If you are representing a business, you must create a business account when subscribing. Your account will be reviewed and you may need to provide proof that you are the owner of the business, or a person who is otherwise given the power to act as a representative for that business. Fashion PWR Marketplace reserves the right to refuse offering services, close an account, block or otherwise prevent services and access to our community to any person or entity, by our own discretion without notice and compensation, if we find that the user violates the Terms and Conditions or otherwise acts in a manner deemed unethical. This may for example be suspected or confirmed fraudulent behavior, or other general misbehavior which violates what is specified in these Terms and Conditions. Creating a new account to try and circumvent a block is a violation which will result in the new account being suspended.
User content
“User Content” pertains to any media, information, design, material, listing, post, comment, or any other interaction made by the User on The Website. As a user, you understand that Fashion PWR can not be responsible or liable for any added User Content but that the User is solely responsible for the content they upload. You also understand that User Content shared on The Website may be viewable and consumed by others.
We reserve the right to, at any time, review and delete any material, media of any kind and information from any User, if we deem that it violates the Terms & Conditions specified here, or our guidelines, or is against the law.
We do not claim ownership of any User Content that you post on Fashion PWR Marketplace. However by submitting User Content to Fashion PWR Marketplace, you hereby grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such User Content on the Fashion PWR Marketplace and potential other services offered.
Parts of The Website may be supported by revenue from advertisement and promotions, and these may be displayed. You hereby agree that we may place such content anywhere on The Website or on, about, or in conjunction with your User Content. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The Website, or communication you receive while using it, might include links to third-party services. You confirm that Fashion PWR not in any way holds any responsibility or commitments in relation to such third-party services. Your correspondence and business with third-party actors discovered through the service happens solely between you and the third-party. Fashion PWR will however do it’s best to show only relevant advertisement. If you see advertisement which you believe does not belong on this website, please let us know through the form available on our contact page.
Fashion PWR Content
“Fashion PWR Content” pertains to any media, which includes but is not limited to, text, images, icons, pictures, video clips, graphics, and other related media which is contained on or within The Website and related services. Unless stated otherwise, Fashion PWR Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent and/or other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content may violate such laws and these terms. By using the website you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, download or otherwise make an action which might be seen as attempts at exploting, profiting from or claiming ownership of, in whole or in part, Fashion PWR Content.
Intellectual Property
By adding User Content to The Website you warrant that you own the User Content posted by you on or through The Website, or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these terms. You warrant that the posting and use of your User Content on or through The Website does not violate, misappropriate or infringe the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publication rights, copyrights, trademark and/or intellectual property rights. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other demands owned by reason of User Content you post on or through The Website. If you infringe other people’s intellectual property rights, we will not hesitate to disable your account when appropriate. This may result in the loss of any purchases connected to your User Account.
Basically, just don’t upload anything that you don’t own the rights to. It will be removed, and your account may be closed down as a result of it.
Feedback
You agree that any feedback, suggestions, ideas or other information or materials regarding Fashion PWR Marketplace or related services which you provide, whether by email or otherwise (“Feedback”), are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Fashion PWR. We will be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of such Feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You waive any rights you may have to the Feedback (including any copyrights or moral rights). We appreciate hearing from users, but please do not share your ideas with us if you expect to be paid or want to continue to own or claim rights in them.

4. Returns and Refunds
For online purchases:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and include all original tags
- Returns not accepted for custom items, made-to-order items, and final sale or discounted merchandise
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Contact us for a return slip as soon as possible
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- All shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers must pay for return shipping
Note: For secondhand/preloved items purchased in our physical store, no refunds are available. These items can be tried on and inspected before purchase in person.
Prohibited Activities
In addition to the other restrictions outlined in these Terms, you agree that you will not:
- Use The Website or connected services for any purpose that is illegal, beyond the scope of their intended use, or otherwise prohibited in these Terms;
- Use the Website in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying The Website or connected services, or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of the Website in any manner;
- Compromise the security of the Website;
- Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, solicitations or promotional materials.
- Use any bot or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access The Website or to extract data;
- Use or attempt to use another user’s account without expressed authorization;
- Attempt to indicate in any manner that you have a relationship with us or that we have endorsed you or any products or services without our express written consent to do so;
- Engage in any harassing, intimidating or predatory conduct;
- Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Violate the publicity, privacy or data protection rights of others;
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party;
- Buy, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise offer in exchange for any compensation, access to your Fashion PWR Marketplace account;
- Use the name or profile picture of others.
Breaching any of the terms stated may result in the immediate termination of your user account. Note that you will not be eligible to receive any refund for purchased products which you are no longer able to use as a result of violating the terms herein.
Account Security
Fashion PWR Marketplace does not take any responsibility for activities that occur while logged into your account. You are responsible for making sure that you keep your password and/or other login measures secure and safe. You agree that you will not share your login information with others or do anything that might jeopardize the security of your account. You have to register to Fashion PWR Marketplace with your official name.
We reserve our right to access your account in cases where we suspect that the account is involved in activities breaching these terms.
In the event where you have forgotten your password and/or login details and no longer have access to your email address, we cannot give you access to the Fashion PWR Marketplace account. This includes accounts with misspelled email addresses.
Disputes
Swedish law shall be applied on the services and the Terms and Conditions. Any legal dispute will be decided in swedish court.
