Once you’re in, we’ll showcase your items on our website and possibly in our store. More visibility means a better chance your treasures will find their perfect match!
Just FYI – we mix things up in the shop, so some items might be online-only stars, while others get the spotlight in-store.
Quick note: We can’t promise exactly when your items will hit the shelves or website – we like to keep things fresh and exciting for our community!
For now, anyone browsing our website will need to pop into the store to snag your items.
Plus, your account is like your personal fashion command center – you can track all your items, see what’s sold, and what’s still looking for love. Just remember, sometimes our in-store sales take a bit to show up in the system (we’re only human, after all!).

Simply snap a few quick pics of up to 10 items and upload them to your “My account” – don’t worry about perfect photos, we’ll handle that later if we select your items!
No need to pack anything up just yet. We’ll take a look at your lovely pieces and let you know which ones we’re excited about featuring. If some items aren’t quite right for our current collection, they can find a happy home in our library for others to purchase, borrow, or swap.
Ready for Drop-off? Once approved, bring your treasures during our opening hours.
While we do check everything when you drop off, sometimes we might spot something later – if that happens, we’ll reach out so you can either pick them up or share them with our library community.
We absolutely adore finding pieces that perfectly match our vibrant community’s unique style!
We’re always on the lookout for seasonal treasures that will bring something extra special to our collection.

Even if something’s not quite right for our main shop, there are so many exciting possibilities!
You can donate your items to our library where our wonderful community can buy, borrow, or swap them. Even better – we organize super fun mini flea markets where you can personally sell your items and connect with fellow fashion enthusiasts!
We love items with unique details – even simple pieces like a black dress can be great if it has interesting features.

We can only take 10 items at once. This helps us have a variety of items from many different people.
We set our prices using clear guidelines and criteria. To ensure fair pricing, we research similar items online and consider several factors:

While you’re welcome to share your pricing suggestions when dropping off items, we maintain final discretion over pricing decisions to keep our shop’s rates consistent and fair.
We offer discounts to items in our shop, including your items, to certain groups and campaigns.
This is all part of our commitment to make sure your items find a new owner who will love them as much as you did.
We really go the extra mile to safeguard your items against theft, but sometimes, the risk can’t be entirely eliminated when your items are accessible to potential buyers. In the unfortunate event of theft, we’re truly sorry but Fashion PWR can’t take responsibility or provide reimbursement. Similarly, if an item gets damaged during the sale period, we can’t be held accountable. Damages may occur when potential buyers handle your items, and it’s an aspect we can’t completely control.
Your payout is made to your bank account.
You will be asked to leave your bank account number (including clearing number) when dropping off your items for the first time.
We gather the sales of your items monthly, and send the money to your bank account during the month following the sales, provided that we have all the relevant information. If your item has been added to your account on our website, you will be able to see which items have been sold, and for which price.
Payouts are only made to bank accounts located in Sweden. No international transactions are processed.
Note that we are not responsible for your private finances, declaration of your taxes or any other details that might come from you selling your items, you are solely responsible for such responsibilities.
We will not sell your personal information. We may share them with third parties if it’s absolutely necessary to provide you with our service (such as the bank, for payouts). Just a friendly reminder, it’s up to you to make sure your account info is accurate and secure.
