Shipping is available through PostNord within Sweden. For purchases outside Sweden, please contact us. You can also choose Click & Collect to pick up your items at our physical location at Fashion PWR, Bokhållaregatan 1, Linköping, Sweden.
Please note that any additional shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays.
For made-to-order items, shipping times may vary depending on production time. Please check the product description for estimated creation periods.
For Click & Collect orders: Please wait for our confirmation message or email before picking up your items.
Refund Policy
General rules for online purchases:
- Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us through the chat bubble at the bottom of the page.
- Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. This policy excludes customized items, made-to-order items, and items on final sale or at discounted prices. Contact us promptly for a return slip. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Original proof of purchase is required
Note: For secondhand/preloved items purchased in our physical store, no refunds are available. These items can be tried on and inspected before purchase in person.
