Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation is available up to 24hours after your reservation/agreement to obtain an item. Cancellations before 24hrs of meeting to handle an item is not accepted, except upon both parties. Cancelations for borrowing items can be accepted upon agreement.
Returns & Exchanges are not available.
