• Participate in promotional campaigns
• Attend meetings with other creators to share experiences and knowledge

In addition to what was previously described, our fees cover:

• The lease and contract of the space
• Utilities such as electricity, insurance, internet, and amenities
• Payment fees for each transaction of every sale
• Value-added tax (moms) included in each item sold
• Subscriptions and fees associated with marketing tools and other business resources
• Furniture and decoration for the space
• Printing, paper, decals, and other office supplies
• Payments and fees for staff and contractors
• Shop equipment
• Shopping Bags
• And more

Pricing

All brands have their information displayed on our creators’ board and in their respective areas.

The space allocated depends on the products you offer and the package you’ve chosen. There’s some flexibility when it comes to showcasing specific products.

As a reference, here’s a generic description of the placement arrangement to illustrate how the division works.

A ‘bite’ is used in special cases, such as for postcards and stickers. Instead of allocating specific space for these items, we place them where appropriate. The creator’s information might not be displayed near their item but on the creators’ board. Their items might be mixed with those of other creators.

Tiptoeing: using half of a shelf floor to highlight your standout products and direct people to your channels. This approach is excellent for testing your idea and gauging the interest of potential customers.

Highlight me: A whole shelf to showcase your showstoppers and to direct people to your channels.

This is great, for example, if you have a new collection.

All About Me: This is a dedicated area just for your brand.

Please contact us for arrangements regarding items that cannot be displayed on shelves, such as illustrations and clothing.

If you sell a variety of items that has other requirements in terms of space, please reach out to us for a quote.

Terms & Conditions

1. Registration: Registering your interest does not guarantee a spot in the Collective Creators Market (CCM), but shows your intention to participate.
2. Privacy: Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, unless necessary for our services.
3. Communication: Various channels will be used to maintain communication between Fashion PWR and the creators. This communication are generally not to be shared with third parties or publicly posted.
4. Campaigns and Events: Creators are part of campaigns and events to promote their items and are committed to contributing to these as required.
5. Ideas and Suggestions: Any ideas or suggestions provided by creators are given freely to Fashion PWR, without obligation for credit or compensation.
6. Visual Merchandising: Fashion PWR will manage all visual merchandising and display arrangements. Creators can provide suggestions and preferences, and may supply specific displays that best highlight their items.
7. Contract Period: For the first three plans, A Bite, Tiptoeing, and Highlight Me, the contract period is three months. The contract period for the fourth plan, All about me, is one month. Both offer the opportunity for renewal if available, but this is subject for availability as the space is limited.
8. Payments: Creators are billed a monthly fee through an invoice.
9. Sales: Commissions from sales are calculated month-to-month and paid out through an invoice. The monthly results can be requested from Fashion PWR. The creator needs to send an invoice to Fashion PWR with the pre-determined percentage, including moms (if applicable), to get paid.
10. Social Media: Creators are required to post about their items in the CCM and tag Fashion PWR.
11. Advertisement: Advertisements may be part of campaigns to highlight the CCM and the creators.
12. Damage and theft: Please note that while we take precautions to secure your items, we cannot be held accountable for any thefts that occur. We also are not liable for any potential damages that may arise from a potential customer’s interaction with your items.
13. Your information “about me”: At Fashion PWR, we take a personal approach to showcasing your items. We believe it’s important for potential customers and supporters to learn more about each creator and what inspires them. To facilitate this, we kindly ask each creator to send us a short “about us” description, including information about the creator, the business, social media accounts, website addresses, and any other contact details that potential customers may use to get in touch with you.
14. Sharing images of your products: Fashion PWR and the CCM can post images of your items on different platforms without your authorization or credit. We own the images of your items that we take.
15. Your profile at Fashion PWR: Every creator will have their items listed on our website, FashionPWR.com, along with their own profile.
16. Cancellations: You can cancel your contract at any time, but we require notice before the mid-point of what will be your final month with us. If you cancel before a campaign, event, or promotion, or even if you have committed to participate in an upcoming one but are not currently part of the CCM when it occurs or is released, you will not be included. Furthermore, any pictures or materials related to your brand will be removed.
17. Online Sales: If you have agreed to sell your items online through Fashion PWR, you are required to comply with the laws and rules of online sales. The payment schedule might fluctuate due to potential refunds and return policies. Regardless of your decision about Fashion PWR potentially selling your items online on our website or other channels, your items will be displayed on our website.
18. Inventory: It’s the responsibility of the creators to keep their inventory updated.
19. Your products on our website and other channels: Please provide descriptions, images, measurements, and any other relevant information about your products for your shop profile on our website and other sales and social media channels.
20. Click & Collect: Potential customers can reserve an item online and then purchase it in our store.
